Lovely sunny 2-bedroom house in Dunedin, is just a short walk away from Tomahawk beach. Non-furnished room available to rent. The house has been recently renovated and has a brand-new kitchen and bathroom plus double glazed windows. Must be okay with the current resident dog, a labrador retriever who is super chill and cuddly. Excellent deck out the back of the property- perfect for chilling in the sun.

I enjoy the many great walks in the area and enjoy a chilled life-style at home. I am friendly and chatty person. This is certainly not a party house.
