About the room
Hey guys
Looking for a flatmate to join in 3 bedroom house in Onkewa, a 7 minute drive to Napier and a 20 minute drive to hastings. The room is available now
The Room will be unfurnished (but a double bed can be placed in the room if needed) with Plenty of off street parking, the house is very peaceful and we share cleaning jobs. We are looking for clean and tidy person, who is okay with dogs
Rent will be $230 a week or $310 for a couple , power will be evenly spilt between all of us monthly
About the roomies
We are hardworking people, the 2 people who live here start early mornings, so we are normally quiet during the week/ night, we also like our own space, we ask for no smoking / vaping inside the house but outside is okay . No animals as we have a dog who doesn’t get along with other animals but is lovely when you get to know her, she loves morning cuddles and is a ball to be with, she’s a little shy at first but once she gets use to you, you will be her favourite person
