Single bedroom located in a downstairs flat (completely detached and private from the upstairs property). The flat has a bathroom, kitchen + dining area, and a living room shared with one other tenant. The property is located in Oriental Bay, with the nearest bus stop only a three minute walk away (both the 14 and 24 bus lines run along the route). It’s also a 2 minute walk away from the beach at Oriental Bay and around a 30 minute walk to Wellington CBD. We have a parking spot available for you to use, however be aware this space is outdoors and uncovered.

The room is unfurnished, however we do have a few spare furnishings (chairs, drawers) that you are welcome to use if you would like.

you would be sharing the downstairs flat with me. I am a young professional currently working in Wellington. I usually prefer a quiet and independent living situation but am down to share housekeeping duties, groceries, or hang out if we end up having a lot in common haha!
