The room is cozy partly furnished with a built-in wardrobe and amazing views.
About the flat:
It is a 3 bedroom flat with washing and dryer machine, kitchen and balcony. It is not a party flat. You will be sharing flat with 2 more students , they both are respectful and tidy. Also we can share expenses in food too
Location perks You have Victoria park and queen street 10 minutes walking distance Britomart station 5 min walking and access to a wide variety of stop buses Plenty of bars and night life less than 1 minute walking.
