Hua Place

It’s a four-bedroom house, with only senior couple living. Two bathrooms and toilets. Only one room available for rent, but two available rooms available to select from, furnished with bed and table/chairs. Main room has an ensuite being used by us.

We are a Filipino of descent couple, both seniors. Both are professionals. Occasionally, my nephew and partner like to stay on weekends. So most of the time, the prospective tenant will have the other bathroom/toilet for himself/herself use.
