The space includes

• Large double bedroom with your own separate bathroom, toilet & shower,
• Seperate lounge
• Small private deck outfront with large private backyard with nice trees!
• There is also a small basic “kitchenette” to make cups of tea / breakfast / quick meals etc
  ( NB: This is not a full kitchen and you are more than welcome to share / use our kitchen upstairs at any time to meal prep / make your meals)
• washing machine is also upstairs for you to use. Share power water and wifi costs. Suit a quiet single or couple. Pets by agreement and non smoking space. Bond 2 weeks in advance. $400.00pw

We are a friendly open quiet non drinking or smoking semi retired couple. We will be living upstairs. There is a cat and at times we have care of our daughter’s dog. No others on the property. You will park on the roadside.
