This room is sunny throughout the day and it’s the only room downstairs and the rest of bedroom is upstairs, Bus stops right across the the house, train station 5mins drive plenty of off St parking and close to motoway. Please Note this is not a party house, Must be pet friendly, clean and tidy and someone who pays rent on time. 1 week rent in advance is required, and 1st rent due when you move in. Total $520 move in cost, no bond. Rent includes water, wi-fi and power. Sorry not ideal for couples.

Quite house,we usually keep it to ourselves and don’t allow visitors due to working odd hours.
