Abi's room

We are looking for a new flatmate to take over a room in our amazing 3-bedroom flat. The flat comes with the usual range of amenities, a full kitchen, comfy lounge, plenty of storage space, bathroom with shower and even air-con in the lounge for those stifling summer days. The room is light, getting plenty of sun and of a great size. It comfortably fits a queen bed, shelves, bedside table etc with plenty of room to spare. It comes with a built-in cupboard offering plenty of storage, but is otherwise unfurnished. There is even off-street parking available for those with a car.

Although it is technically in Grey Lynn, it is an easy 15 minute meander to Ponsonby Road and all the wonders it offers. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to several parks, 10 minutes walk to a supermarket and 5 minutes walk to a bus stop to Auckland CBD. Easy access to central Auckland and the motorway makes it an ideal location for students and working professionals alike.

We are looking for a working professional or a student that is tidy, pays rent on time, likes a drink every now and then but isn’t looking for a party flat. Current flatmates are a male working full-time and female PhD student (mid 20s - 30s). We are a sociable, friendly flat, where everyone does their own thing but gets along well. We’re keen to find someone who gels well.
