About the room

Three bedroom house, single bathroom, two toilets. Very warm house, woodburner heating during winter. Private location with off street parking. 5 minute walk from the hospital and bus stop. Bedroom is 3350 x 2850 including built-in wardrobe. House is fully furnished. Bedroom can be furnished with a dresser, and very comfortable good quality queen sized bed if required. Bills approximately $35 per week for water, power, internet. Grounds maintained by owner.
