Our home in located in Flat Bush, Auckland. Around the corner from the Petrol Gas Stations, Bus Stops, Supermarkets and so forth. - Walking distance to Ormiston Town Centre, 5 minutes’ drive to Botany Town Centre & Westfield Manukau/Southern Line train station etc. - Close to everything you need! Our home is also fenced off and private - not attached to any other units.

The room you’ll live in is located on the top floor across the second lounge, equipped with a double Wardrobe meaning plenty of storage, a Queen size bed, Dressing & x2 Bedside tables. The Bathroom is just across the hall, the rent is $275 p/w which includes expenses such as Power/Water/Internet etc. Bond $275.00 which of course is refundable at the end of your stay.

Our ideal roomie really would be someone who’s looking at making some great friends along the way! Someone who is respectful, organized, reliable/pays rent on time and cooperative.

A little about us, we’re all amazing, great cooks and easy-going individuals in our late 20’s. - 3 of us are full time working professionals, 1 part time/a nursing student. We enjoy each other’s company, but also respect our individual downtime and space. We always love a good laugh and good energy, we’re extremely clean & tidy, we have odd Saturday drinks every now and then – but we do celebrate Birthdays BIG, Christmas, Easter etc. Furthermore, we enjoy HORROR movie night, usually on Friday’s and IN ADDITION we love to plan little roomies excursions from time to time.
