Sunny, double room available in 3 bedroom country house in Whalers Gate. HRV, gas hot water, mod kitchen/bathroom, wood burner, parking. Double wardrobe, great view, has a single bed and drawers if needed or bring your own. Fully furnished. Rent includes power, internet, gas, and water (which we pay for). Supply your own food. Warm house, large garden, large deck, pond, conservatory, paddock. Quiet semi rural. Dog is OK but must be good with cats, pigs, dogs, sheep, chooks, stock. no more cats sorry.
