Kim's room

We live in a stunning area, with views of the mount on one side and the countryside on the other.

The house is a spacious, tidy, sunny, 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double story, with a great big back yard.

There are currently 3 of us living in the house, with a small dog and a small cat.

We currently have two sunny, spacious, comfortable double rooms downstairs available to rent.

The rooms are currently empty, except for a tall boy and chest of drawers and can come with a comfortable queen single bed. Furniture can be moved if you have your own.

There is a built-in wardrobe and timed wall heater in each room.

There is a large, shared bathroom downstairs, with a bath and shower and separate toilet. Only used by 1 other.

There is a lounge hangout downstairs, along with a tidy kitchen space with the basic amenities available - microwave, kettle, toaster and air-fryer, along with a shared fridge/freezer, currently used by one other.

Plenty of great bush walks close by, generally a fifteen-twenty minute drive from anywhere in Tauranga and a bus stop is across the road from us.

We are a friendly, relaxed, chilled working couple who enjoy the outdoors, reading and quiet time at home.

We are looking for honest, quiet, tidy, responsible, friendly, respectful persons to rent the available rooms.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take any more pets.

Ideally looking for singles or students who aren’t into cooking big meals and who are happy to use the kitchen space provided downstairs.

There is a beautiful big backyard that is great to hangout or chill in, along with the lounge/kitchen area downstairs.

We enjoy the odd firepit in the back garden, a BBQ now and then, along with a good laugh, otherwise we have a pretty chilled, quiet house.
