Caitlin's room

Hey there, we are a flat of 5 people 2 guys 3 girls but will soon to be a girl short as she’s moving out. The flat is a two year old 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom two storey house. There is a large open plan living and kitchen area with pantry. There is a deck and garden out the back that has plenty of space. Double glazed windows, large heat pump, fridge, freezer, TV, mechanical heat exchange ventilation system throughout the house, and a washing machine.

The spacious double bedroom comes with your own bathroom and double door wardrobe.

The area is in a new development that is very quiet and relaxed at the end of a cul-de-sac. Short 5 minute drive to the local supermarket, pharmacy, and cafes. It’s a 10 minute train journey to the CBD (train station is just down the road!).
