Light bright sunny furnished room. Situated in a private cul de sac. Your room is 3.3 meters in length. 4 metres wide including a triple wardrobe. Shared bathroom with off-street parking. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a study. Includes a large private sunny courtyard.

Great location and only a 2-minute stroll to the bus stop and 5 minutes to local shops and amenities and recreational park (Nairnville Park) Please no drugs, pets, or loud music although I do have a young cat. I would prefer an older quieter female, similar to me. Excellent references and clearance are required, please.

I am a mature professional female who enjoys a quiet home life of gardening, movies, and reading. I am curious and like exchanging ideas. I work in the education sector and enjoy diverse groups of people and cultures.
