The unfurnished double bedroom gets the morning sun and has a built-in wardrobe and storage cupboard for ample storage space.

It’s a cozy house with a pellet fire in the living room and a heat pump upstairs. A new HRV system was installed last year.

Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. Upstairs are the bedrooms and the bathroom with a second toilet. There’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy on sunny days and a veggie garden.

• Rent includes internet but doesn’t include a shared monthly power bill.
• One week’s rent in advance.
• Open to negotiating the minimum stay.
• Couples are also welcome
• There is a third single bedroom that can also be rented out if required
• No off-street parking, but plenty on the street.
