No worries in Warrington! A beautiful, large north facing bedroom with attached private studio/office. All day winter sun on the amazing verandah just outside your window. Ocean views and a 10 min walk to the beach, only a 15/20 min drive to the city. Warrington is a bustling seaside community with great people and nature at your doorstep, with the epic Arc Brewery only 1 minute down the road, Blueskin nursery/cafe another 5 minutes. We have a large property with a big vege garden, fully private section and the house is 100 years old, weird and whacky but warm and homely, with a log burner and great views. Room can be furnished or unfurnished.

I’m Cherrie, a postgraduate student at Otago, studying psychology. I’m a mindful creative, with a healthy active lifestyle and regular meditation practise. I make and sell jewellery at local markets, work one day at the local cafe and have a 5 year old daughter. My daughter attends the local school, is an amazing kid with a big personality and kind heart. We’re busy and active but love to chill when we’re home, we’re seeking someone mature and laid back who will be a valued addition to our home. Must be working or studying full time with good vibes, be healthy and active and respect our home. No smoking or vaping.
