Borders Wanted for Large Forested Titirangi / Green Bay House

The house is located on the Titirangi / Green Bay border, close to New Lynn and very accessible to Central and, West Auckland and accessible to south Auckland via SH20. A 90s house, that has been tested for moisture before purchase and is dry and comfortable and breezy with windows open. The house is north facing, so there is sun across the entire day. Off Street Parking for up to 3 cars with potential for carport covered single large car space and a single car space by negotiation. There is a full external security system to protect house, property security and preserve tranquillity.

Multiple different setup possible for either couples or individuals who want a bit of room - either 2 sets of people or a group can be considered. Maximum 4 people/borders accommodated into 4 bedrooms - one significantly large. Separate “wing” of the house, in the middle level, and have privacy and access to 2 bathrooms. Setup can be 2x bedrooms with a private lounge and storage room or up to 4 bedrooms depending on needs and space.

Both setups are individually practical for a couple, or a single person who wants plenty of room and space. Price range of $200-$500 depending on selected options.

• Electricity & Water included (subject to significant usage, electricity usage is monitored via powershop) Internet via Wifi (Fibre Max, no limits on use, subject to fair use)

• Use of large master kitchen with Bosch induction stove and new Bosch oven Uses of appliances, utensils and cooking equipment
• Use of middle level communal lounge and outdoor deck and multiple BBQs by arrangement.

Ideal Border

• Enjoys a beautiful forested setting with bird song and plenty of nature and tranquillity
• Quiet and considerate in use of the home, and must be able to clean up after yourself
• Works during the day, away from the house - although work from home / study from home considered (owner works from home several times a week)
• Has good references

Application Terms and Conditions

2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance required. You must be okay with dogs and a cat in the house - the addition of bringing a pet with you can be considered. A copy of the Flat/House sharing agreement will be provided if you are invited to view the place after submitting your application and initial meeting. Further Terms and Conditions of the board will be included.
