5 mins walk to the Redwood Station and #60 bus route (10 min train to Porirua / 14 min train to Wellington City Station). 5 mins walk to Tawa shops – New World, cafes, bars, chemist, barbers, dentist, etc. 10-15 mins walk to Takapu Rd shops – Countdown, Tawa Outlet City, etc. Tawa Sprig’n’Fern Tavern just a few doors away! Numerous Tawa bush walks, Tawa Pool, and sports facilities.
