Mayfair Place

Looking for flatmates as current flatmates moving back to their hometown. So it’s back on the market again. Room would ideally suit a single person but also open to couples wanting a place. Rent for one person will be $250 and for couple $350. Rent includes electricity, internet and toiletries. Move in cost would be 2 weeks bond and a weeks rent in advance.

Ideally looking for someone who is chilled out. This is not a party house. Place for peaceful living 😁

Room available from first week of March

House has all the whiteware goods. Fridge, microwave, washing machine.

Currently 2 people living in the house. Both single male working full time. I am 40 and the other gentleman is in his late 20s
