Emily's room

I have 1,5 room in my flat opening up. The move in date from the 21st of March 2024, I am looking for a new roommate who needs a home office or a couple. The apartment is the lower floor of a Grey Lynn villa with a dishwasher, washing machine and great coffee maker. We share a garden that is multilevel and provides a very idilic sunset. The rent is 400NZD a week for the 1,5 rooms, communal kitchen, living room and bathroom with all bills included. A bond of 800NZD is required. The pictures include mostly furniture of my old roommates, so we will have to get a new couch and dining room table. There is possible parking on the street.
