Modern house with private sleepout available for board in Westown/Marfell New Plymouth in a quiet culdesac with off street parking. Bus stop at the top of the street. New carpet and polished wooden floors. Back section up a long driveway surrounded by beautiful trees so very private!

Sleepout is private so come and go as you please, it is insulated and has power and it is roughly 4x5m in size. We will be putting in a panel heater for the colder months ahead. You will get a key to access the house at anytime needed day or night. Unfortunately we don’t allow pets sorry. There is a covered outdoor deck with a new spa pool and outdoor loungesuite plus indoors there is a furnished lounge and dining room with a hrv system and heat pump in lounge. You’d need to bring your own bedroom furniture, dining ware, cook ware, linen etc, and will have your own pantry, there is also a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine in the laundry. Looking for a responsible honest reliable boarder or a couple that want to board who would ideally be employed and working but beneficiaries are welcomed if board gets redirected from MSD every week. Cost covers lawn and garden maintenance. BYO food, cleaning essentials, toiletries etc. Chip in for power at the end of each month. Two weeks in advance plus three weeks bond required as the house is furnished but not the sleepout but can provide a single bed with trundler so turns into a queen bed if wanted. The bond is required in case of any mishaps and due to most of the house being furnished. Am happy to write a letter for MSD as I am registered with them, references required please.
