Private minor dwelling including a full kitchen with open plan living and ensuite bedroom. Total size is just under 65m2, fully insulated with heat pump . It is separated from our main house by the back courtyard. We live in a very rural part of Auckland, surrounded by native bush and our cows, pig, turkey, ducks and chickens. There are doors at the front and rear opening onto the rear garden and views out of the surrounding fields and forest. Guests have use of a private fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, pans, frying pan, cutlery, plates, bowls. The space is open plan with 1 small sofa and a round dining table and chairs with sliding doors facing north. The ensuite bedroom has french doors opening south with a private patio and outdoor table and chairs.

Our property is currently listed for sale. Our current tenant vacates on the 24th March so it is available after that date, we have limited future bookings up to 90 days in advance. The property will need to be available for viewings by potential buyers. My wife and I will be on site, in the main house most of the time, happy to answer any questions guests may have. We are British by birth, but have lived in New Zealand since 2011.
