My Fiancé and I have a room available in our home. Rent would be $350 for a couple or $300 for a single. Bond will be $700 for a couple which is (2 weeks rent) or bond would be $600 for a single (2 weeks rent) and rent will be paid 1 week in advance. We own the property and have 2 dogs (Golden Retrievers) so liking dogs is a must :) The room is a large bedroom with a big double wardrobe, you will have a large bathroom to yourself which is also downstairs. You will be sharing the home with my partner and I and our 2 dogs. Our bedroom, bathroom and living are aok upstairs. You will share the kitchen with us which is upstairs where the main living area is. Please no pets as we already have our 2 dogs. :)

My fiancé is an engineer who works in Katikati and his roster consists of day shit one week and night shift the next. I work for Westpac in Te Puke as a lender. We are a young couple in our early mid 20s who live a fairly active lifestyle. I go to the gym every morning and take the dogs for a walk most evenings. We enjoy cooking meals at home and enjoy having the occasional drink or friends/family round for dinner. We are very clean and tidy and expect common areas to be kept clean and tidy also. We enjoy socialising but also enjoy and appreciate our own time together.
