Situated a 5 minute walk from mount Eden village with lots of restaurants/bars and cafes (great for a foodie! 😋) 2 minute walk away from public transport. And also super close to the supermarket and farro!

I am a 24 year old girl super chilled out, work full time, and play cricket so either am at the gym or training after work most days!!! so pretty busy during the week! but like chill out and have a few drinks in the weekends - definitely more of a homely place though! This could be a good option for you as you’d have the house to yourself quite a bit :))

Just looking for someone reliable , clean and tidy! My flatmate is moving out on the 4th May. slightly flexible with move in days, but ideally move in date would be with in that week or so :)))

Here is a Little bit about the room, great big window to let in the morning sun and the room has a built in wardrobe The house has 1 modern spacious bathroom with a separate toilet The house fully furnished (excluding your room - however room comes with a queen size bed if needed) with new furniture and appliances. Has a spacious living room to chill out. Lots of free off street parking so finding a park is never a problem

Rent = $290 Bond = $900 Expenses around $30 a week (less in summer)
