About the room:

• Room is unfurnished - I have a single bed and mattress to provide if needed.

• House is fully furnished - French door fridge freezer, 55-inch TV, heat pump, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, espresso coffee machine, outdoor table, etc.
• Well-insulated with double-glazed windows - warm and cozy in winter.
• Newly built - was just settled at the end of 2023
• Prime location - a 3-minute drive to the nearest Countdown and Howick Village.
• Abundance of charming restaurants and cafes nearby.
• We share the chores.

Rent: $250/week

Additional cost: $35/week - covers power, water, fiber internet, and shared items such as toilet paper, laundry powder, cleaning supplies, basic condiments, basic coffee & tea, etc.

Move-in cost: 3 weeks bond ($750) and 2 weeks’ rent ($500) in advance.
