We have a sleepout with a bedroom, lounge, and bathroom available at our sunny Hillcrest home. The sleepout is detached from the main house and has its own private entrance. Kitchen and laundry is in the main house. Price is $290 for a single person or $320 for a couple – wifi, power, and basic amenities included Bond is $460 per person, and move in date is 20th March Great location, it is located on Knighton Road 5 minutes from the university, close to the Hillcrest shopping centre. The sleepout is warm and spacious and has lots of privacy, and comes unfurnished (bed optional). The main house has a heat pump and an equipped kitchen, and two living areas.
