Price includes Rent, internet and reasonable use of power. Room is furnished with a queen sized bed, and a double wardrobe. Beautiful 3 bedroom home situated near town by the lake.

Friendly neighbours. Has heat pump. Seperate toilet to bathroom. Walking distance to town as it is near the hospital

You MUST BE clean and tidy and help around and outside of the house. No lazy people. Must be working or studying. Please do not apply if you have children.
