Bright & sunny room with two enormous built in wardrobes available in 4 bedroom house with 1.5 bathroom in Grey Lynn.

Come live in this awesome Grey Lynn villa! We have a huge living room / kitchen space with a sunny backyard and shed for storage/activities(current use is painting/yoga and there’s a piano in there if you’re invested in getting it to work). One full bathroom with a second half bathroom in the laundry room.

Awesome location right by the Grey Lynn Macca’s/Bunnings/Ponsonby Countdown. Easy walking to Ponsonby Rd, Karangahape Rd and Kingsland with bus stops to the city right at the top of the street.

The room easily fits a queen bed, bedside table, dresser. All furniture seen in pictures is also available for purchase as I’m moving to Aus and not taking it with me. Otherwise room can be unfurnished if you already have the bits. The rest of the house is fully furnished. $272.50 per week plus $35 for utilities which includes a cleaner every 2 weeks and lawn guy once a month. Move in date from March 25rd (can negotiate a couple days earlier or later if needed).

3 existing friendly flatties all early 30s working full time. Sam works as a coffee machine technician (yay free beans and coffee making supplies) and likes to go skating when the weather allows. Lauren works as an engineer and likes to get outdoors when she can and is usually playing soccer for some team or another. Tom works in marketing and likes to play video games and go meet up for drinks. All flatmates tend to be relatively busy and are generally an early to bed crew, but enjoy a cheeky beer and chats when they’re around in the flat together. If schedules align, there’s often a movie going in the living room.
