About the room

Sunny large double-bedroom available, with home office. Close to Northland shops, the Botanic Gardens and Wellington CBD, and with a bus stop right outside.

The bedroom has a beautiful view over the valley and gets great afternoon sun and sunsets. It has thermal blackout curtains and a large built-in wardrobe, and can come with some furniture if needed (queen bed, shelves, drawers, bedside tables, headboard, light). 3.5 x 3.6m.

The rest of the house is furnished and has all of the mod-cons: smart TV, heat pump, gas hot water and hob, dishwasher, kitchenware, combo washer-dryer.

There’s a sunny home office for you to work from. Plenty of storage space. Always lots of on-street parking.
