Kim's room

Live in a little cottage nestled in the trees. Just moments away from Island Bay beach, main bus terminal, New World, cafes and cinema. It’s very quiet up here. The house has a deck and a grassed area. Potential to grow some herbs in the wee garden outside the kitchen. The room is furnished and well sized with wardrobe, bed, desk, chair, side table and heater if needed. It is a lovely room and gets the afternoon sun in summer. Plus you can just see the sea from the bedroom.

Me and my son (11yrs) are busy active humans. I am studying and like to be out and about as well as cook healthy, read books, do yoga. We are both sociable but respect others space. My son is away some of the holidays times. Would suit a student or traveller’s, foreigner or someone that likes a family feel that’s fun, supportive and relaxed. Both short-term and long term are fine.
