Hi guys, I have a spare room available in my 4 bedroom house. Only looking for one flatmate - a female - as there’s 2 of us here already - and keen to keep it so it’s not too cramped. We’re pretty relaxed and easygoing, looking for the same and someone who is clean and tidy 😀 cos we will share the space. It’s private, have a house alarm and a nice sunny deck to chill. Also has gas hot water so no chance of a cold shower!

We are both early 40s, working. Quite social and easygoing, active, and there’s two cats here so you’d need to like cats 🐱
