Enjoy the good life in a brand new, fully-furnished, modern apartment walking distance to town.
Double room with a queen bed and large build in wardrobe in the room. Double glazing means the apartment is quiet and warm.
Entry leads into the open plan kitchen, dining and living area which provides access to a balcony with views of Bobs Peak, together with Cecil and Walter Peaks.
One private carpark is provided. The apartment complex is secure with an intercom entry (for visitors) as well as visual (for resident).
Apartment comes with everything you need just bring linen & sheets. We have brand new high spec whiteware and appliances.
This is a shared living arrangement with the owners, a couple (30s & 40s) however work takes us on the road a lot so you will have the apartment to yourself a lot of the time.
$450 Single person or $500 Couple

About the roomies
Friendly Couple 30s & 40s. Both hospitality professionals. We are away from Queenstown working in other cities a lot so will have place to yourself most of time.
