Susan's room

Two room free standing sleep out with small porch area. Separate from the main house. Need to use bathroom and cooking facilities in the house though. Suit couple or single working people. No pets as we already have a dog and two cats. Must be working. Two weeks rent in advance.

In the main 4 bedroom house is 2 guys and another couple all working and Robbie the dog. You are welcome to use all facilities. Every thing is included in the rent Wi-fi, power, water and a cleaner every 2 weeks to clean communal areas. All you have to pay for is your own food.
