You are looking at a gorgeous villa designed and built by a personal friend. The angles and spaces are different to most places I have seen, giving this property a really special feel.

Situated 1min walk from Glenfield mall and the main bus stops, the location couldn’t be better. You can catch a bus from here to almost anywhere in Auckland, the routes that regularly travel by go straight to town or up to Albany bus station. Where you can transfer to literally anywhere.

Currently it is just me reciting here. The available room is the master on the ground floor. Upstairs we have 2.5 rooms, one of which is a little studio for arts and music, the other, a spare, for kids and the occasional guest.

I am a working professional, currently in transition to a different career at the moment. Am approachable and easy to get along with. Fit, healthy and love cooking. Outdoor activities all the time with the occasional gaming or series binge (gotta have those breaks)

Hobby wise, currently have a small boat which recently turned into a project, something I also enjoy :-)

Gym and health is a big pursuit for me also, though I love the occasional junk food and lazy day.

Bit of a DIY guy, always happy to help where needed, wether its helping repair/move big things or something smaller like tightening up the joints on glasses.

Absolutely love music, have instruments and a little recording set up just for fun. Bit of art here and there in my spare time.

Im a father of 3 awesome kids, Leo is the one in the profile picture. He’s now 6 going on 7. His Younger sisters Natalie (5) and Diana (3) and him come to visit and stay on fortnight weekends. They are very well behaved, though triggering Dad can be a fun activity for them, at times :-P
