Featuring: modern living and dining areas with air con, 65“ 4k TV, Dolby Atmos sound system, PS5. A large separate kitchen, fully equipped with cooking appliances and coffee machine. A spacious backyard with spa pool, bbq, outdoor furniture. Garage space (for additional storage if needed) with basic gym equipment (spin bike and weights) you’re welcome to use. Washing machine and dryer. You would have your own bedroom with wardrobe, furnished with double bed, mattress, linen, bedside table; and your own bathroom, including towels. Rent includes utilities (water, power, gas, fiber internet with unlimited data) and household basics (laundry powder, toilet paper, hand wash, dishwashing tablets, cleaning products, housecleaning services). You clean up after yourself such as your own dishes and kitchen area after use and do your laundry. You would share the house with just the two of us.

We are Umberto (35) and Juri (38), we are a married gay couple, originally from Italy, have lived in NZ for about 10 years. We both work full-time (marketing sector), work from home 2-3 days a week and teach group fitness classes in our spare time (most evenings). We are friendly and easy going. We love videogames, board games, music and travelling.
