RENT: $500 including bills for single, $520 including bills for couple.

Utilities fully covered, electric, gas, wifi, bins, cleaning supplies and heating.

The house is a step away from the mount vic walking trails, and walking distance to bus stops, 10mins to Courtney place and other amenities.

The room is on the third floor of the house and you’ll have the entire floor to yourself. It is spacious, well light and comes complete with its own balcony, walk in wardrobe and en- suite bathroom. The room comes furnished with a bed, bedside lockers and a tv if you need it. Otherwise you’re free to store the unwanted furniture in the back of the garage. On street parking available.

You’ll share the spacious three story townhouse which has amazing views of the city with two friendly and fun kiwi flatmates. They are both super chill, friendly, enjoy the occasional flat dinner! 🍷The flat is the perfect balance of social and privacy.
