About the room
Looking for a single person to rent a room in our family home in Papatoetoe. Close to Middlemore Hospital and also to Auckland Airport. All forms of public transport a short walking distance from our home.
The weekly rent for the room is $220 and includes access to all amenities including WiFi. A security deposit of $220 will be collected before move-in but will be returned when you leave the property. We prefer long term stay. Sorry, no couples allowed!
