• 5 min walk to Miramar shops, supermarket and bus stops. The airport is super close, and it’s bang in the middle of Weta territory. The sea is a stone’s throw away, and there are parks dotted about the neighbourhood.
• Access to garage (1 car already parked inside, but can squeeze 2 in if needs be, also on-street parking).
• 4 stories, 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms & 2 balconies. Great insulation and double-glazed windows make for decently priced expenses. Our communal lounge and the basement can be used for a home office, project space, or gaming setup.
• Looking for long-term tenant to renew 1-year lease.
• No pets or couples, sorry!

About the room Though it is technically ‘large’ (ie. can fit queen bed, desk and other small bits of furniture), in reality it’s the smallest room in the house (reduced rent). It’s a cosy space with huge windows that offer a pretty fantastic view (best view in the flat). Have loved coming back here after work, in all seasons. Quick to heat in the winter, quick to cool in the summer. Right by the lounge/kitchen. Shares a bathroom with one other flatmate.

Planning currently on the room being unfurnished, but as stated above, I’d be happy to sell my bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a bookcase if wanted. Costs there negotiable.

• LJ: I’m the one sadly having to leave, whose room is up for grabs. Only reason I need to move out is to save to move overseas, else I would love to stay! I work in film, like making art in my spare time, and hanging out with my people

• Olivia: Olivia’s kinda like the flat mum (a cool mum, not a regular mum), she gets along with everyone and loves a bit of banter. Liv’s currently just easing back into work after a shoulder injury, so taking it a little more gently at the minute!

• Richard: Richard’s a warm, bubbly yo-pro who likes going hard at crossfit, rollerblading, and gaming with mates back home in his spare time. Came over from the UK a few years ago, moved into the flat with his friend Liv, and we’re pretty glad he’s stuck about

• Ashleigh: Ashleigh’s the newest member of the flat and in the big room with the ensuite. She keeps to herself a fair bit, but has friends round from time to time for bodypainting in our basement.
