Switxh's room

Larger of two upstairs bedrooms in a new home in a developing subdivision. Double wardrobe, double glazing, plenty of light. Upstairs bathroom is shared with one other, toilet is separate from bathroom. Downstairs has an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, and a deck with garden and seating.

Mid 50s woman and 32 yr old. Easy going and social, share a meal occasionally, clean and tidy. We are creative types, LGBTQ+, and would prefer a 🌈 person. There is a cat living, no further pets are allowed as per the agreement with the landlord.
