Imoe's room

The house is located in a very green area of Henderson (vineyard is just across the road, not far from Waitakere ranges), about 3 min to bus stop, 3 km to Westcity and 6 km to motorway SH20. It is furnished in the kitchen, lounge, separated bathroom and toilet, and laundry room. There is one off-road parking near the house. The house has a very tidy garden to relax and have a drink.

Bedrooms have wide windows which provide bright sunlight. The rooms are furnished.

The Bill is $25 per week for electricity (without heater), internet and water.

I am a female Engineer above 50ish, working full-time for a Kiwi company for more than 10 years. I like gardening, bush walk, trekking, etc. I would like to have full-time working or studying flatmates.
