Open to long term or Commuter / short stay accommodation: If you travel to Wellington regularly and need a place to call home instead of packing and unpacking, this might be what you are after. Move in date can be negotiable. Rent can be negotiated if not here for full 7 days (if commuting). Parking - coupon on street, free from 6pm-8am. Fully furnished double room with ensuite. Not suitable for couples. The Room: The room is on the ground floor of a modern 3 bedroom townhouse. It’s very private and the ensuite shower has fantastic pressure. The single wardrobe and bedroom furniture provide ample storage for your things. Access to the room is via an internal access garage, which has a seating area and houses the shared washing machine and drier.

Bedroom Includes: Queen bed, sheets, pillows, duvet, blankets, drawers, lamp and heater.

The House: Modern and cozy townhouse, warm and dry, DVS recently installed. The shared kitchen is fully equipped but if you don’t have time to cook there are options close by. Cuba Street and Newtown are 8-10 minute walk away.
