Large unfurnished Room with double wardrobe. Shared kitchen & bathroom. Quiet cul-de-sac. Nice deck/entertaining area/BBQ out the back. Fruit trees. Games room downstairs (pool & darts) with extra toilet and shower if preferred. Couples would be $350 p/w.

You would be living with a 33 year old Mum, my awesome 9 year old boy (50% of the time) & our cat Ava. We are friendly & sociable but also respect others space! I’m into sports, concerts, the beach, gym, saunas, food & wine :)
