About the room
I have a furnished room available in a property I am purchasing in Maheno 14kms south of Oamaru. Available mid June Property is still advertised on trademe if you wish to view. Furnishing will be different.. Separate toilet and bath and shower. Plenty of room inside and out. Plenty of off street parking and garaging when I’m away. Ideally I would someone like minded that doesn’t mind keeping the cat etc. happy if needed.
About the roomies
Share with single female 50+ one cat and 3 goats plus 10 chooks. I travel for work regularly, pretty active, keen gardener, social, and enjoy cooking when time allows. Quality wine enjoy, company but also my own space every now and then.
