Room available ASAP NOT furnished Room is ONLY available for 3 months (until mid-June). Power, water and wifi equally split at the end of each month when the bills come through. First tenants to live in the house, so everything is brand new. Generic house things like fridge, microwave etc all furnished by us. Room is located at the bottom floor, ensuite room with closet, wooden floors and sliding door which opens towards the back of the house. The room is the only one downstairs, meaning there is a lot of privacy. Car parking available - however only street parking. Can negotiate on the rent. Some measurements included in photos!

Three guys - all students/working professionals. All in our early 20’s and looking for someone preferably around the same demographic. No pets as the house doesn’t allow and no couples unfortunately
