West facing room that gets afternoon sun. Reasonable size, room for a double bed and a desk. Room comes unfurnished, but there is an option to have furnished if required. Double built in wardrobe space. You will be using the main bathroom, which is only shared with visitors. Rest of house is fully furnished. Rent covers room and all utilities (power may be a bit more in winter) BYO food. Ideal flatmate would be over 25 and employed, preferably female. But open to other gender/ages. Someone who is social and easygoing. You need to like cats, and I’m open to you bringing a pet with you, but we would need to discuss specifics of your pet first.

House share style set up. You’ll be sharing with just me. You’ll have use of the main bathroom, shared only with visitors. 2 living spaces so you can relax in your own space if you want to. Outdoor living area also. Close to motorway for easy access, Woolworths supermarket and gas stations nearby. Along with decent takeaway places that deliver. I work full time, am pretty relaxed, a social drinker and non smoker that likes to head out on weekends walking or cycling with friends.
