We live close to buses to the city or Westgate only a brief 2-10 minute walk away. There is plenty of off-street parking on the property as well as a decent sized garage available to you for storage purposes. The house also features a large garden with plenty of space to grow your own veggies. We have a separate laundry, living area, small dining room and a kitchen with plenty of storage. Everything is fully equipped for your use.

Our single room is at the front of the house and will come completely unfurnished. You have a double wardrobe with plenty of space to store all your belongings. You also have one large window that brings in a lot of beautiful sunlight. One bathroom and a separate toilet will be shared amongst all three of us.

Weekly rent including wifi is $212, and power and water bills are split at the end of each month

Hi, we’re looking for a third person in their early 20s to join our lovely little house in Massey.

You’ll be living with two 21-year-olds (male and female) who study and work during the majority of the week. We enjoy socialising with one another and having the odd casual drink. We are mostly quiet during the week and prioritise each other’s privacy.
