Flat is five minutes downhill walk to Kelburn Campus. Five minutes the other way to get to Kelburn Village!
The room is spacious (fits queen size bed), with high ceilings. All furniture pictured in the photos can stay in the room as I am not in need of it. It’s a tidy, reasonably newish flat.
- Wifi is $15 a month
- Power is around $20 fortnightly The existing flatmates also split household bills such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags etc.
About the roomies
You’d be living with three other girls in there early 20’s. They love to socialise and hangout such as movies nights etc., but also appreciate their alone time to study and chill as well. The lease ends at the beginning of February, however the existing girls will be looking at moving out at the beginning of November (End of Trimester 2) ❤️❤️❤️
