Join us in our sunny and comfortable Remuera home. This is a place for someone who wants to come home and chill in a safe haven. It would be ideal for someone who commutes to Auckland and needs a crash pad during the working week. We are not into drinking, drugs or parties, but a wine on the deck at sunset is always welcomed.

The room is available until 31st December 2024 with the option of continuing the arrangement if things work well. $420 for a single person, $470 for a couple.

Our house has beautiful sunset views, considerate neighbours and is safe and secure.

The entire downstairs space is yours. It is a generous size at 3.9 x 7.0m, with room for a king bed and plenty of furniture. There is enough space for a home office or a private downstairs living room. You have your own toilet and a double wardrobe.

We are a stone’s throw away from the Remuera shops, Four Square and the Greenlane on-ramp. Parks nearby include Orakei Basin, Cornwall Park and Waiatarua Reserve.
