I would like someone who would like to clean the house once a week at $30 an hour and take it off the cost the rent. So deducting $240 if you spend 8 hours cleaning the place once a week or split up over two 4 hour shifts.

This is a safe family home, not a party house at all. Strictly no drinking or smoking. We have a cat. I have a home beauty business I run part time during school hours. I will be studying full time at AUT north from July.
