Theres plenty of space about the house and there is on street parking available. We have a nice wee outdoor area too thats great to relax in when the sun comes out. The room is unfurnished and $290 per week. A great ensuite room available from the 7th of April. With a double wardrobe and plenty of room for any extra bits and bobs.

Current flatties are 24-30 years old and are all full time workers consisting of a couple and a female from ireland and a Kiwi male who all love a chat after work and a bit of their own space too!
